RAK’s Nobu branded residences ‘selling fast’ in first week

They're planning to build about 300 fancy homes, including one to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and villas.

Nobu Residences in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, has experienced a swift sellout since last week's launch, with numerous units already reserved within the initial days on the market.

"We're delighted by the enthusiastic response to Nobu Residences Al Marjan. The apartments are selling rapidly, showcasing the demand for luxurious living in this exclusive location," stated Simon Pitkin, Managing Director of dv Property International, the exclusive sales agent.

H&H Development oversees the project's construction, and Enevoria Development owns it.

"The commencement of sales marks a pivotal phase in the realization of Nobu Residences Al Marjan Island, distinguished by its status and quality," said Evgeniy Yakubovskiy, General Manager of Enevoria Development.

"I'm confident that the expertise of top global development professionals will create one of the most sought-after products, symbolizing an impeccable lifestyle and 21st-century luxury."

Nobu Residences will comprise up to 300 high-end units, ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and villas. Some villas and residences will offer direct views of a private beach.

Residents will access various amenities onsite and nearby, including facilities at the adjacent Nobu Hotel, featuring a spa, three swimming pools, and Nobu By The Beach club.

Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, anticipates attracting local, regional, and international investors to the development.

"The iconic brand is not only reshaping luxury living on Al Marjan Island but also presents a premium investment opportunity in one of the fastest-growing luxury destinations in the region," said Al Abdouli.

Interiors, designed by the award-winning firm John McAslan + Partners, draw inspiration from Japanese themes with modernist lines and extensive glasswork, maximizing ocean views. Natural materials like oak, bronze, and marble will prominently feature.

Situated on Al Marjan Island, with pristine beaches and archaeological heritage, this location offers a rare opportunity for luxury real estate investment in one of the UAE's most exclusive emerging areas. This development aligns with the construction of the Gulf region and UAE's first casino, expected to significantly boost investment activity.

Additionally, last week marked the commencement of sales for Nobu Hospitality's project on Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island.

In addition, Anantara plans to open a new Santorini-inspired luxury resort in Abu Dhabi in Q4 2023.
